Located in the Agave Suites, this hotel works great for a family of 5. The rooms are comfy, with the couch, carpet, and walls giving a cozy feel. Already assigned rooms make the stay hassle-free, although some major renovations are needed. It's a perfect spot to get away and readily explore Phoenix. The splashing might bother some, but the back door trails and swim-up bar area are convenient.

6.2/10
The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning surroundings. The rooms, however, are quite small and may not be comfortable for groups. The service was a mix of helpfulness and rudeness, with some staff going out of their way to assist, while others displayed a dismissive attitude. The location is convenient but lacks proper maintenance in some areas. Dining options were limited, and the pricing was on the higher side. The facilities offered were adequate but not exceptional.

7.6/10
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a slightly old weathered smell but were clean and had a comfortable bed. The service was wonderful, with staff genuinely caring about making our stay great. The location was a bit run down and confusing but was in a great area of the Phoenix area. The dining options were good, although there were additional charges for Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms, despite having a slight old smell, were clean and had comfortable beds. The layout only had a limited number of accessible outlets. The presence of a lift without a closing door made it challenging for our baby to nap well.
Service
9.0
The service at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. Staff members, from the front desk to housekeeping and waitresses, were all very attentive and cared about our comfort.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located in a great area of the Phoenix region, despite its slightly run-down appearance and confusing layout. It is close to enjoyable family-friendly activities but may not fully embody the Hilton brand.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was good, although there were additional charges for Wi-Fi. The food was tasty, with options available for Gold or Diamond members.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered a range of facilities including dry cleaning services, shops, laundry, a welcome drink, and assistance with tours and tickets.
